I ordered tires at giga-gume.si and I received feedback with two shipping Numbers in a day. I was trying to trace the shipment, but it didn't return any data. When shipment should arrive I contacted "Giga gume" shop via e-mail and they told me that shipment was lost and if it is OK for me to send me another set of tires. I confirmed and I asked for shipment numbers to avoid the same issues again. In 2 days they couldn't provide me with shipment numbers therefore I canceled my order. They confirmed cancelation and they promised to reimburse me in 5 days. In the evening I got another mail (after I purchased tires in another shop) that shipment already left warehouse and that they can not cancel it any more. They couldn't provide any shipment number. After I opened a claim in Paypal they finally provided shipment number - package was sent few hours after my cancelation was confirmed from their site. It took me one month to get money reimbursed. I would never go to this shop any more. Be aware that this is NOT a Slovenian shop (to be able to use legal in Slovenia), but Romanian.
