What does a grade 9.3 mean? We calculate the shop rating on a daily basis based on all consumer opinions that meet the standards.

In calculating the rating, among other things, we take into account the opinions and ratings of actual customers and based on them we rate shops in these categories:

up to 5.9 Insufficient (mark removed)
6.0 - 6.9 Sufficient
7.0 -7.9 Good
8.0 - 8.9 Very good
9.0 - 10.0 Excellent

I am very disappointed with this webshop. I ordered a Phillips Lumea from it, which overheated from the first day of use and completely broke down after 3 months. I sent several emails complaining about the product, but I didn't receive a response to any of them, let alone a replacement or a refund. Furthermore, the product arrived in packaging in German language and is not intended for our market at all.
